Sedona Recycles Inc.

Facility

The Sedona Recycles (SRI) material recovery facility opened in 1996. Funded in part by a grant from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, the facility was built with reused materials (doors, windows, etc.) and E-Crete, by a workforce of volunteers from the local community. Local students, under the direction of teacher Geoff Worssam, have created a number of beautiful murals on our facility walls. Our facility serves as both a community drop-off location for recyclable materials and a processing facility. SRI processes 19 tons of material each day and still has plenty of room to grow!
